Remove “This type of file can harm your computer” message in Google Chrome

A default Google Chrome installation will show this message whenever you try to download most of the file types: „This type of file can harm your computer. Are you sure you want to download …”. Here is how you can prevent this and get rid of this annoyance:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click on the Tools  button located in the upper right side of the application.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Go to the Under the hood tab.
  5. Scroll down to Downloads and check Ask where to save each file before downloading.
  6. Press Close and you’re done.

    Hello
    This doens’t avoid the mesage, it replace it with another one.
    I need that it just downloads the file asking nothing
