Import Outlook 2007 Rules and Alerts

Rules and Alerts are a key part of Outlook 2007. Read on if you want to transfer them to another computer or reinstall your operating system. This also applies to a case where you want to transfer rules from one user to another on the same computer.

  1. You should select Mail from the Navigation Pane.
  2. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 by double clicking on its Start Menu icon (or Desktop icon if you have one).

  7. After hitting OK twice, your rules are imported.
